(I-AutoNewsWire.com, December 02, 2012 ) Ellesmere, U.K -- Oprah Winfrey, who noted that she recently had a scare with breast cancer, told The New York Times that she will end production of O Magazine if the publication starts to lose money. Since the end of her syndicated talk show, "The Oprah Winfrey Show" in 2011, O Magazine has seen both circulation figures and ad revenue decrease. As such, it still remains one of the best-selling magazines in the country. However, in the interview in the Times, Winfrey said that, with her focus on the recent launch of the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), it may be time to end the publication run of O Magazine. "I'm not interested, you know, in bleeding money," Winfrey said. The magazine has lost approximately 20% is sales revenue since the show ended 18 months ago. In the interview, Winfrey did not indicate whether she would consider completely ending O Magazine or possibly follow the path of Newsweek, which begins creating an all-digital edition beginning in December. At O Magazine's recent annual conference in Los Angeles, Calif., attended by more than 5,000 followers of the publication, Winfrey let it be known that she recently had a scare with breast cancer, one that ultimately ended up being a false alarm. What was also notable about the revelation is that Winfrey's best friend, "CBS This Morning" co-host Gayle King was in the audience when Winfrey made the revelation. King was visibly shaken by the news, making it appear that this was the first time she had heard about it. Audience members, moved by King's reaction, implored Winfrey to apologize to King. Winfrey was clearly put off by the audience reaction. Winfrey has also been unhappy with press treatment of her in its coverage of the launch of OWN, at one point Winfrey stating "the press tried to cut me off at the knees" and that negative coverage had "knocked me off center." According to recent reports, Winfrey is estimated to be worth $2.7 billion. About EezyTrade:
